Where can I find Cutie Cuffs?

Most of our Cutie Cuff® characters are sold at all Targets in the Trading Card Section. With the rise of popularity, they can also be found at Walmart, Walgreens, and Specialty Chains. If you are looking for a specific release, please Contact Us for the season that product is anticipated to release.

Can I choose the specific character I want?

We understand that everyone has a special character they love. All our products are sold in blind packaging that makes opening them a surprise! We do not have a special way to tell who is inside.

Can I buy directly from you/your site?

Unfortunately, we do not have the capabilities to sell directly to customers currently. As our company grows, selling directly to customers is something we are striving to do!

Do you sell in other countries besides the United States?

We currently only have distribution in the United States.

Are the PR Boxes available for purchase?

Our PR Boxes are only sent out to our influencers. If you would like to apply to be an influencer, see below.

How do I apply to be an influencer for Bulls i Toy?

Please Contact Us for all influencer inquiries. Include links your social media platform(s), numbers of followers you have on each platform and any information about your personal brand. We will review your information and reach out about monthly mailings if you qualify!

Can I purchase products directly from you wholesale?

We can sell wholesale if you have 200+ store locations. We are unable to provide one-off transactions. As our company grows, we hope to be able to cater to smaller orders.

How do I ask for a donation?

We have a Charitable Request Form that is available to download and fill out on our Contact Us Page. Please complete and return to Bulls i Toy.

What do I do if I have a defective or broken product?

We are so sorry your item has an issue! To make sure we address your problem in the best way possible, please Email Us the name of the product and describe to us what happened. We will review and get back to you!

I have a great idea for a toy you should make. Do you take suggestions?

We always value our customers’ input! Contact Us with any suggestions you may have.

Can I return a product?

We are very sorry to say that Bulls i Toy cannot accept returns. You will need to visit the store you purchased the item from. Please be aware, return policies can vary from store to store.
